What's the best method to maintain and care for granite and marble slabs, flooring, as well as kitchen and bathroom backsplashes?

Don’t use standard household cleaners as they can be too harsh on natural stone. Don’t even use vinegar and water since the vinegar is acidic. Especially don’t use bleach for the same reason as the vinegar and other compounds. Instead, just use warm water and a mild soap. Don’t use anything you wouldn’t use on your hands.
